Quality Guarantee                                                                                                                                                                                                                 All timber that our company regularly purchases from the leading timber industrial factories of Russia for export meets the requirements of GOST 26002-83, has high geometric accuracy characteristics and is produced on the most modern equipment with the use of advanced world technologies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 A foreign customer of such goods as timber almost always takes a great risks associated with the quality of imported products due to the absence of opportunity to check the quality of goods before shipment. Therefore, there is always a very high risk of buying timber of improper quality or inconsistent with the specifications and characteristics that have been agreed upon in the contract with the manufacturer. To reduce this risk, RUS WOOD EXPORT added a special contractual provision on mandatory pre-shipment inspection of goods received from the factory by our representatives. Based on the results of this inspection, photo and video reports and certificate of inspection are made are sent to the importer of the goods before their loading on the vehicle for transportation.
